Hi my name’s Gavin and I am a fully qualified and accredited Remedial Massage Therapist as well as owner of Alleviate Massage Therapy. I have been providing Remedial Massage in the Como/South Perth area for nearly 10 years. During this time I have provided thousands of remedial massages and helped clients with a wide range of injuries and health conditions.
My personal interest in health and fitness is what inspired me to pursue a career in Remedial Massage with Sports Massage specialization. I really enjoy working in the industry and being able to make a difference in peoples lives through massage.
In addition to this I have special interest in helping people with hip and knee pain which have become a particular focus of mine, whether helping endurance athletes through injuries related to their sports or chronic pain associated with degeneration and osteoarthritis. I have found that Remedial Massage can assist greatly with relieving pain and improving recovery.
I am also qualified in Myofascial Cupping and Dry Needling which I find works extremely well in conjunction with my other massage techniques or as stand alone treatments.
When I am not at work I am either spending time with my wife and four children or on the bike.
